Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases.
The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

If you have a fever or cough please do not attend the surgery.

Nurses

We have 3 Practice Nurses who have clinics at both the main and branch surgeries. They provide appointments for the management of chronic diseases, such as asthma and diabetes. They carry our cervical smears, swabs, ECGs, and lung function testing. They also carry out vaccinations for travel, influenza and childhood vaccinations.

Healthcare Assistants

We have 2 Healthcare Assistance (HCA) who carry out health checks at both surgeries. They also do phlebotomy (blood) clinics at the surgery and visit the patients at home if they are housebound.
