The NHS and Public Health England (PHE) are extremely well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases.
The NHS has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Please contact the surgery on 01204 665588 to book an appointment

  • St. Helens Road – Telephone: 01204 665588 to make an appointment. The office is open daily between 08:30 –19:00 Monday – Thursday and 08:30 – 18:30 on Fridays.
  • At Southbrook - Telephone: 01204 363600. The office is open daily between 08:30 – 12:30. After 12:30 please ring the St. Helens Road surgery to make an appointment.

All doctors work at both surgeries; please ring the appointments number for availability. For more information regarding the appointment system please pick up an Appointments Bulletin from the waiting room.

Telephone Consultations

If you wish to speak to the Doctor please ring the surgery and ask for a telephone consultation. These can be used for queries about your results, medications, sick notes or other minor illnesses.

Extended Hours

For patients who are unable to come to the surgery during normal surgery hours, we are now offering a small number of late night appointments Monday - Thursday evenings at our St. Helens Road surgery for the doctor or practice nurses. Should this apply to you please contact reception. Please use this facility appropriately.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
